Warm flavors, cozy comfort, and autumn-inspired favorites crafted with care.
Starter - Pumpkin Curry Soup
Silky roasted pumpkin blended with coconut milk, a touch of curry, and warm autumn spices. Garnished with toasted pepitas and a swirl of crème fraîche.
Salad Course - Roasted Sweet Potato Arugula Salad
Warm, roasted sweet potatoes, peppery arugula, fresh basil, salty feta, and sliced almonds mixed with a honey-garlic vinaigrette.
Entrée - Cheeseburger Wellington
Juicy seasoned ground beef with melted cheddar and caramelized onions, wrapped in flaky puff pastry and baked to golden perfection. Served with rosemary-garlic roasted potatoes and a side of our house-made ketchup.
Dessert - Pumpkin Cheesecake
Creamy pumpkin-spiced cheesecake on a graham cracker crust, topped with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel. The perfect sweet ending to a cozy autumn meal.
Our next meeting will be hosted by the Culinary Students and Chef Fahrenbruch at the Saginaw Career Complex on November 10, 2025, meeting starts at 6:00PM.

A premier professional chef competition that will take place on February 23, 2026, at the Bavarian Inn Lodge.

Every year our chapter recognizes an outstanding culinarian. This person has demonstrated the highest standard of culinary skills, advanced the cuisine of our Region and has given back to the profession through the development of students and apprentices.

Chapter Officers
The Chapter officers are committed to leading the area cooks, chefs, and pastry chefs in advancing the cuisine of our region.
